Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your box before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
